We’re delighted to announce that our 2022 competition is now up and running and once again we’re looking for the most interesting wines in the independent trade.
Our panel of independent judges is now being recruited. As is always the case, it will comprise an eclectic mix of indies of all shapes and sizes from all across the UK, representing a true cross section of our industry.
Wines don’t need to be in widespread distribution to take part. Indeed, they might be exclusive to a single business. All we ask is that they are 100% focused on specialist independent retail (and perhaps similar types of on-trade business) and not chains of any kind, including the big online players.
Wines must be with us by Friday, March 18. Judging will take place in April and the results announced in June.
